"We have stayed at Harrison Hot Springs Resort several times in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. During our stay last week, our room was not cleaned despite requesting housekeeping and displaying the service sign. When we asked about it, we were simply offered a 10% discount on the resort fee, which did not adequately address the inconvenience. What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer service afterward. I emailed management about our experience and...

"A very good hotel with very friendly staff! The outdoor pool and hot tubs are particularly worth mentioning. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. Unfortunately, parking is not free."

"Nice small property in a central location. Free bike rental was a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a cute coffee shop adjacent to the hotel where you can grab coffee, brekfast sandwiches, cookies etc. The only downside for me was small room and that the hotel is right across the hospital so it was a bit noisy at times due to ambulance sirens"

"The property is ideal for a Lake Louise visit. The location offers easy access to the lake at all hours including transportation to Moraine Lake that you can easily sign up for. There is parking and dining on site that must be used as there are few close options. The rooms are spacious and well maintained most with views of the lake. If you can afford the high price tag, I would highly recommend staying at this property as access to outside parking is limited by the deluge of daily visitors...
