"I thought since it was one thousand dollars USD for two nights and right down town it would be a nice hotel. The room itself was newly renovated and felt clean, housekeeping was attentive. Issue is with the main hotel, it looks tired and worn. So many people were there and I realized it’s a popular spot that gets a lot of wear and tear, space is dated. It was quite crowded and the workers wouldn’t look at you, you’d have to get there attention if you needed something and then they didn’t give...

"Close to airport"

"We had dinner, afternoon tea in the hotel. We signed the bills but the hotel held our credits. They explained it was their policy. Obviously they don’t trust and respect guests."

"Helpful staff, great location and good breakfast. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine and free parking in their garage. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed because of a holiday."

"Austin A, one of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and willing to assist. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. A neat and very clean environment."

"Location was good but ask not to be in the C Wing of the hotel. No balcony with about a 2 foot window."

"When I checked in, I mentioned to the front desk that I'm pregnant and hoped to take some photos during our stay. I asked if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the trees, so it was very dark and had no view at all. Even worse, the room was right next to the elevator. We couldn't sleep all night because of the constant noise from the elevator. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, which was very disappointing."

"Rooms were adequate, staff nice and location was great. For a 5 star hotel service wasn’t as great as other five star hotels I’ve stayed at. Additionally, some amenities, like the pool, needs updating and looks run down. Overall good and adequate, but definitely didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel."
