"The pool was under 24 degrees the second day and colder the first. We picked this hotel due to the pool, and my two year old wouldn't even touch the water it was too cold. We went down the water slide once....and then left."

"Room was clean and air condtioned, complemenatry water was provided. Staff are friendly and present throughout the day. Buses run frequently in all directions from nearby stops and the SkyTrain is a short walk away (Burrard Station, Expo Line) "

"My family loved the pool, especially the slide. The room was nice, but it was not 99.9% clean. There was a piece of tissue paper in the wall above the tub, and finger marks on the bathroom mirror. The sliding door glass was not the cleanest, but my family and I still enjoyed our stay. "

"Spacious well appointed room. Comfortable bed but came home with bruised shins from repeatedly hitting bed frame. Best location near attractions, shops and restaurants. Disappointed both pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Wonderful staff."
