"We had a great time here with friends over Memorial Weekend. The vibe of the place is so relaxing with the combination of mountain views, the water, charming shops. So many dining options. Pools were warm. Rooms are a little outdated but i can overlook it. The Key cards were always malfunctioning so it was annoying to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. But overall, id love to come back."

"Didnt clean the room everyday even when do not disturb sign wasnt there. Staff was not at all friendly. Infact one person was very rude. Stay was unpleasant and not upto the mark. Charge $60 plus tax for early checkin. Been to Dubai, UK, Australia and none of the hotels charged me for early checkin. Overall, will never recommended this hotel to anyone."

"The pacific club room was came with access to the pacific club room which had snacks and treats all day long. The breakfast was amazing and the view could not be beat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Great place to stay convenient to travel to many places. I had booked yours and hotel provided pick up and drop off at this hotel. This was excellent. Ordered room service on one of the evenings sbd the quality of food was outstanding. Lots of great eating places all ranges of prices near the hotel. Brilliant location. Only criticism was on arrival I was not told how to use the lift to access room floor. Another customer helped as there was a sequence of how to do this. Just needed to be told...

Die Klimaanlage ist ebenso laut, wie bei offenem Fenster die Geräuschkulisse der Stadt und arbeitet intermittierend, nicht kontinuierlich, was störend ist. Das Bad ist klein, was o.k. ist, leider fehlen hier allerdings Ablagemöglichkeiten für Beauty Case etc., wofür eigentlich Platz vorhanden wäre. "Whilst it was a relatively convenient physical location, this place was hugely overpriced and pretty disappointing in terms of the quality. facilities and service. The staff communication and customer service skills were wholly lacking and this caused us a few problems. The key card failed every day we stayed requiring us to revisit reception to have it reset - extremely frustrating. It’s right next door to some kind of homeless /social support facility and unfortunately there were used...

"The hotel is under renovations. There are a few chairs to sit and wait for your room, Uber, etc. The room itself was nice and comfy. The breakfast was terrible with limited options. The location was in a rough area. It seemed like Chinatown area with only Asian inspired cuisine. We walked around to find shops or restaurants but the further we got the more dangerous it seemed. There are a lot of homeless people around. It was broad daylight and some were using pipes with drugs out in the open."
