"Elevator push button is broken. No fan in wash room.Shower head is weak."

"I took the room with the view of the ocean. It was clean and aesthetic with a small balcony. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great and my favorite! The pressure was awesome and was like a mini massage to my head. They did provide toiletries. Toothbrush and paste are available if required. Breakfast was not included but they provided 2 lunch discount coupons for 3 nights stay. I also got a 20% disc for one meal for being an Expedia vip but didn’t get to use that either. Did not eat there so...

"Staff was great throughout stay. The hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. I found the floor of the room to be not the cleanest and things to be out dated. The room also doesn't have much such as a microwave. Not a place I would stay again. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"Vehicle was broken into during the day while parked at the hotel even though it’s a ‘secure’ closed gate parking. Was told I would not be charged for parking because of this and was almost charged at checkout until I noticed it. Wall AC unit was extremely loud at night. Bathroom sink, even though ‘newly renovated’ was two small for two guest and did not drain properly over two days. Avoid staying here with all the other options available in the area. "

"Place was great, the man who checked us in was absolutely lovely. The room itself wasn’t anything special, but it was in good quality for the price point. Biggest issue was the area. I was glad I was there with my partner. But had I been alone as a single woman, I would have been a bit scared. It was a bit of shady area, lots of vagrants, trash, needles on the street, etc. "
