"We had a wonderful experience with the resort as soon as we checked in , even though we arrived there 2 hours early before the check in time but staff here was so kindly and friendly , they checked us in and even the room was not completely ready they gave us a pass to go and enjoy the pools while the room being wrapped up for us .
