"Newly renovated rooms (excluding bathrooms) were very nice. Not much to do close by due to the location. However, the hotel provides a shuttle to the downtown/cruise port area which is very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly very good, lots of option and the coffee was excellent. Price: cheaper than hotels in downtown but still quite high."

"The property was clean and well maintained but the morning tea and coffee in the lobby was there for a very limited time. We had the room with two queen beds facing the back of the property, the beds were very comfortable but we only had views other buildings or hotels that were very close. The hotel is well located close to Chinatown Stadium station so gives you access to the metro."

Matress could use an upgrade; too much motion from each little movement. Coffee maker didn’t work. Rooms are not serviced unless you request it. Parking was extra $25-30/night."

We also had a power outage/breaker issue in the morning just when we were trying to get ready to check out. Other than that, the room was decent, beds were comfortable and room was nice.
