"The hotel was in a good location and clean. The staff were very kind and professional but our issues with our room were not dealt with which made our stay well below our expectation. We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"The pools are nice and relaxing, outside pools seemed a bit dirty, with tree debris floating in them. When you book thru Expedia you are given the older rooms, which are outdated and smell weird. Once we went to our room we requested for an upgrade to the newer rooms. The newer still old rooms were ok. We stayed for 2 nights and did not get our room cleaned both days, had to call front desk to request clean towels. Staff is nice and friendly. Overall stay was ok, the view is amazing, good place to relax and go for nice walks. Resort is definitely family friendly, the food is ok, went to breakfast buffet which was not worth the price. Better to get breakfast at restaurants outside the resort."
