The location and staff were fabulous. If you want to be in the middle of the village, this is the spot!! The room was great, large windows, a balcony and coffee/tea and air conditioning. Looking closer the carpets were filthy behind the bed and the bathroom was very dated and grimy. It was great for the price and location

I am happy to select Executive as my hotel in Whistler village. The location is so excellent that you just need to walk out and start enjoy enjoying that the beautiful village has to offer! The patio which faces the mountain is wonderful, you can start a good day by having a great breakfast and fall in love with the mountains view!

The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. The rooms are a little worn, but then we had a pet room so cannot say how a regular room would be. It included a kitchenette and the bed was comfy and very clean. The ice machine was not working but the staff brought ice up right away. There is a $100 extra deposit for damage, that we were not aware of at booking, but no problem , it was returned. It is in an excellent location, so I would definitely recommend staying there

We were able to make early check-in and late check-out which was more than great. Staff were very helpful, friendly and comprehensive. The room was amazing, with everything that we needed. All places, venues of the hotel were clean, but we would just suggest to make a deeper clean in the room. We enjoyed our experience in the hotel and we are very grateful for what we received.

Was an ok stay, unfortunately the shower was not draining properly and the outlet was not working in the bathroom. The futon in the loft had not been cleaned in quite some time as there were stains on it. However, I appreciated the staff providing a snack tray for our anniversary celebration, that was a nice touch. Lastly, the pool is not on site, it’s at their sister property which was not mentioned on Expedia anywhere.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed for one night, and the room had a loft-style layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the living room and small kitchenette downstairs. The space was unique and practical. When we first entered the room, the living room area looked nice. However, once we went upstairs, we noticed a noticeable odor in the bedroom area. After we explained the situation to the front desk, the staff quickly helped us change to another room. The new room was very clean, and our stay was much more comfortable. We really appreciated the hotel’s prompt response and assistance. Parking at the hotel was very convenient, and the location was central. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and small shops, which made everything very easy. Overall, this is a hotel with a great location, responsive service, and a good guest experience.

Conveniently located near all the restaurants and shops in the village. The property is a bit aged, but overall good stay. I am put on the 1st floor, and near the road, it might get a bit noisier if you are not a sound sleeper, then try to avoid having a room with windows facing the Blackcomb way. Overall, happy with my stay.
