"We stayed at the Pan Pacific the night before we left for our cruise. The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located to the cruise terminal. For a small charge, the bell staff picked up our luggage from our room and had it delivered to our cruise cabin for us.
This hotel has a great bar for drinks and food, and the food was actually good. There are nice restaurants and a food court in walking distance of the hotel. A pharmacy/convenience store is located next door, by the food court, for any last minute items you might need for traveling. The best part of staying here was the view. We will definitely return to the Pan Pacific. "
"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfrint in Vancouver. Our room was spacious and clean. There were a few minor issues like a dresser drawer being misaligned, but nothing that ruined our experience. The staff at the hotel are amazing. Everyone one was friendly and welcoming to us, from the bartenders, front desk staff, bellmen, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Vancouver."
"Great convenient hotel in the downtown core. Our family stayed here while attending a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We used the gym and pool which were great. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. Underground parking was available for us. Highly recommend.
