"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "

"I chose this hotel because I had a wonderful stay here previously, which made this experience especially disappointing. During my stay in the Jade Suite, I experienced multiple maintenance and safety issues. The fireplace repeatedly failed to ignite and instead emitted a strong gas smell into the suite. This happened over several days, even after maintenance checked it twice. On one occasion, the smell was strong enough to make me feel light-headed. I reported the issue immediately, but it took...

"We went down for a Canucks game for my son’s 11th birthday and stayed here. I had emailed the concierge prior to our stay about our plan. Upon arrival the front desk, valet and bellhop all wished my son a happy birthday and when we entered our room there were Canucks coloured balloons, a pic of the mascot wish him a happy birthday, a cloth cake and even a Canucks scarf. My son was so excited and I was so very touched. It made us feel so special."

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient.
