"The room was clean , a little old fashioned and slightly tired but we loved it, four poster bed was very comfy, lots of chairs so our friends could have tea with us . Good tv in right place. Plenty of plug sockets , hot shower. Replenished our tea and coffe when requested. Towels available , toiletries and tissues. Lovely view from window , quiet and curtains good so nice and dark. "This hotel was beautifully located right before the Westminster Bridge with stunning views of Big Ben and the London Eye. We were also only a few minutes walk to Waterloo station. Very convenient location. Would stay here again. "

"Overall very happy with our stay, one issue, we were there for four nights, room was only cleaned once, hotel was a bit dated, but I think it added to its charm, the room was specious, but the TV didn’t work, kept turning off, told the front desk, never got fixed. The location is great, the breakfast buffet, while a little pricey, was very good!!! Would definitely stay again! "
