"Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was...

"Beautiful historic town house in very central area. We only stayed for one night and wish it could have been longer! Parking was easy (public parking close by) and pubs, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. Extremely comfortable."

"One of the guests got stuck in the bathroom as the bathroom door handle completely broke and needed to climb out of the window. When I got a hold of the property management they said “nothing has happened like this in the three years we’ve had this property”. I highly doubt this. Never received any sort of apology for not having access to a bathroom for almost 12 hours.
