"Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was...

"We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

"Beautiful historic town house in very central area. We only stayed for one night and wish it could have been longer! Parking was easy (public parking close by) and pubs, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. Extremely comfortable."
