What a beautiful hotel!! Our room was gorgeous, the rooftop pool was amazing (and warm!), sauna and steam room great, and fabulous breakfast. Loved it all.

The hotel rooms are small for a family but workable. The restaurant staff were excellent Brilliant location for amble choice for shopping and food.

The service lift to swimming pool was used after 12pm by staff despite notices especially at night when cold winds blew froze for 15 minutes. Later discovered other lifts opposite side served the location. The safety gate was loose in the wind reported but next day still open for 14 story fall at night when dimly lit as half pool lights not working. Otherwise food was excellent as were service staff
