We were locked out of the building on our first night because we had not been given a fob when we checked in; we had to call an emergency number to help get us into the building. "Since I like to start with the positives, the inn was central enough that it was within walking distance to city center, the breakfast was acceptable, the courtyard cute, and the young woman who checked us in was helpful. "We arrived very late (after midnight) at Gatwick after our flight was delayed few hours. Clear instructions were left for self check-in to our room. It was of moderate size but clean and what we needed for a good night sleep. Room had water kettle and essentials to make tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was available but we skipped that. I would recommend though we stayed only a night."
