"Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! "Excellent accommodation. Just what you want if you are after peace and quiet. We had a four berth caravan although it was more like a lodge. Very clean and tiday. Everything you need. Definitely stay again."

"The settings is stunning but unfortunately the accommodation urgently needs updating.The plates and cups are chipped,the cooker must be 30 years old ,and takes a long time to heat up .The TV must be 19 inch ,the lounge suite sinks in at the back causing sore backs .There is no towel rails to hang your towels.The main bedroom,well the dressing table is a shelf ,there is no shelves just a wardrobe to hang clothes .The duvet is very thin and old and the cover is faded and polyester, horrible.My...

"Lovely stay in the tree lodge, would highly recommend! Can get pretty dark though so advise to take torches for walking and also in the lodge. Plenty of candles and tea lights provided by the venue though, and the complementary s’mores kit was great! "

"We stayed for 4 nights at the holidays park . The chalet was spotlessly clean, it had everything that we needed for our stay. A nice touch was the pot with the washing up stuff etc and a pencil that had a special end on it that you can plant (our is a herb) to remind you of your stay. The bed was really comfortable too. We will definitely be visiting here again. "

"Had a lovely stay at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. The comfort chalet was booked as just somewhere to get my head down while doing other activities on the island, as the price was so good! On arrival, I was told that there had been a problem with the chalet allocated to me and so they had provided an upgrade, free of charge, which I thought was excellent! "Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."
