"Very helpful staff, someone set off the fire alarm on our second night but staff let us know when we could go back to our rooms, very quickly and professional about it (and were very polite to guests even when one lady was being rude to them,) our room was nice and clean i would stay here again. It is close to shops, restaurants and takeouts a 2-3 min walk. I was travelling with my dog and it was £4 a night for him which is very reasonable."

"The room was perfect and cosy. The breakfast included was great and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. My one request or point of improvement would be for their to be a smart TV in the rooms. Luckily we had a good film to watch but if one thing could be improved it would be that."
