"Great location, great staff. The gentleman called Mohammed who managed the breakfast on my second day was excellent - very helpful, engaging and provided me with tips for my stay (thanks Mo!). The studio rooms are great even for days you just want to stay in - spacious, great views from the windows, you can cook yourself a meal and clean your clothes very easily - brilliant set up. Thanks reception staff for your help in extening my stay!"

"The hotel was in a good location for the bus line to get anywhere in the city. The check-in process was not what I expected to see just to check in 30 minutes early. I was directed to join their online club to be able to check in early which i didn't completely mind since the train ride in from northern UK was about 3 hours. What I didn't like about check-in came after I got to my room which was a handicap assisted room...and they would not change it when requested! The hotel was also right...
