"We didn’t realize there wasn’t maid service until we came back to room and no clean towel and bed wasn’t made. Maybe it was in the materials but it wasn’t obvious to us. We liked the trim at up, roof deck was a nice feature as was coffee bar there."

"The staff are incredibly friendly here. The pool was unfortunately on the busy side and the water temperature is way too cold. The room was beautiful. Perfect location & sound proof. Breakfast - menu service & excellent choice. 10/10"

"Large apartment hotel service. The check in process online is complicated as you need ID for all guests. Friendly staff. Breakfast a bit random with prepackaged hot items but actually not bad. Super Manc location. Would recommend. Note for hotel - bedrooms on the courtyard side need some form of airflow - gets too hot. "

"Booked via Expedia and honestly disappointed with both the hotel and the handling of the issue. During my stay, the water stopped while I was in the shower without any warning, which left me unable to rinse off properly. It affected my entire day. The hotel only gave a generic apology and the reaction was really awkward. They redirected me to Expedia.
