"Booked via Expedia and honestly disappointed with both the hotel and the handling of the issue. During my stay, the water stopped while I was in the shower without any warning, which left me unable to rinse off properly. It affected my entire day. The hotel only gave a generic apology and the reaction was really awkward. They redirected me to Expedia. "Close to airport, friendly Staff"

"The room was fantastic, basically a studio apartment with full kitchen facilities. They've thought of everything. It was fantastic value and perfect location. Will definitely be staying again."

"The stay was really nice, the staff all seemed pleasant, decent spot with it being so close to the bullring. I did leave a hoodie in the hotel room though and it never went to lost and found so one of the cleaners got a free hoodie I guess."

"Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "
