"I cannot fault the attentiveness of the staff and our room was upgraded to allow level access as my mum struggles a bit with stairs although can manage them. Due to this our stay was made even more pleasant. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel"

"Very nice location close to the Tyne. Spacious rooms and very clean. Only negative comment is that the double mattress was uncomfortable. You could fell every spring and hear all the springs creak each time you turned over."

"Lovely pod. Could do with a couple of bedside tables and a couple of wooden chairs indoors for when it’s raining, but good size to feel comfortable. Ablution block clean and warm. All in all, a positive stay. Thank you!"
