"Even though hotel says Bukit Bintag it’s a little further away. Breakfast was ok and rooms were not great and the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. Rooms were very small. Staff didn’t show care and smile is not there. Wonder why these hotels can’t train their staff to smile and show genuine hospitality concern. Stayed for a night so can’t complain too much"

"You guys confirmed my booking, by the time we get there my book confirmation wasn’t there. I wrote an email to your management, they haven’t replied on my email. I believed I have been scammed by Expedia, never again to book with you guys. The receptionist in that hotel was rude and unhelpful"

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.
