"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Booked for the proximity to the airport which is a huge plus. I found the lobby beautiful and grand however can be slow to get service and feels disorganised to see a receptionist. Drinks at Sands took way too long when the restaurant was not busy. Room service the phone rings out a long time. Food was average. Other than location I feel the resort leaves a lot to work on for service and it's food and beverage offerings."

"The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel with great pool in great location. Well setup for families with kids. Good breakfast although it was the same every day. Staff always friendly and helpful! Cons: Terrible pillows and no option to get any others. I had terrible neck pain the entire duration of the holiday.
