"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"Die Anlage ist modern und man sieht, dass das Hotel auf die Saison 2026 komplett renoviert wurde. Da es viele Attraktionen für Kinder hat, wird das Hotel von vielen Familien besucht. Beim Frühstück war es daher zu gewissen Zeiten etwas unruhig. Am Abend war die Gartenanlage liebevoll mit Kerzen beleuchtet, was eine tolle Stimmung schaffte. In der Hotelanlage hat es diverse Restaurants und Bars, welche überzeugen konnten."

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."
