Lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool. Close to the beach and restaurants. Good room although a little small and a little dated - ok for couples. Comfortable bed. Warm shower. Clean throughout. Lovely public areas. Highly recommend for a short stay.
We stayed for one quick night, check in was a little disjointed and they won’t let you charge anything to the room without leaving a deposit. But the room were clean, pool was nice and the restaurant looked good.
Immediate access to the beach and views and the barbecue and evening show was amazing

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Just not for us, food was expensive and terrible, hotel was made to look fancy but was falling apart, reception staff were rude. But the spa and bar staff were amazing
Our room is clean and the staff are very friendly. We don’t have a chance to used the amenities due to stay for 1 night (the next day we have to depart).
Everything was fine. I didn’t use many if the facilities, however the bed was very comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Roof top have a nice breeze and view. Staff will help you to get around and come with tips. However this is not actually on the beach, you need to cross a road, but a friendly man will stop traffic and get you over. There was also no turndown in the room nor cucumber session by the pool. But in all a good place
My room 211 had an on and off sewage smell my whole stay. We also saw a roach during our second night. I tried to switch rooms but the front wasn’t super accommodating at first. They first said it’s too late in the night to switch and to try the next day, then they said it’s fine and showed me another room. By then we were already tired and just dealt with it the rest of the stay but we couldn’t wait to check out.
Rooms are outdated and location isn’t near any sites. Stay near Ubud or Canggu to save you an hour commute to your activities. Staff overall was friendly and we did enjoy the restaurant hence 2 stars vs 1.
Hotel is beautiful restaurant on Property, which is a plus I did not eat there, but I did look at the food while passing I had a regular room there, but lizards were in the room freaked me out so the staff overnight move me to a different room, which was beautiful. Staff was very nice everyone.
