We stayed here for 3 days for the first part of our honeymoon. The room was clean and spacious. All staffs are friendly. There is only one problem I had was the flies in the breakfast restaurant. It’s an open space with food so understandable but maybe there is a way to control this issue.

All the hotel staff were very service-oriented and resolved every concern I had during my stay. In particular, choosing a higher-tier package included complimentary butler and laundry services, which were very convenient. I was also satisfied with the beach services.

This resort is in a prime location, food and beverage are delicious and well priced (even for a resort!) and compared to others around here. Beautiful beach (although it can be rough. Close to nusa dua town for other dining options. The staff are the highlight, nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. From breakfast staff, to cleaning, bar and wait staff. They are all so friendly and accomodating.

We stayed as a big family group with children, 2,9,11. This resort was perfect for our stayed. Included breakfast was fantastic, great proximity to local shopping and onsite facilities were great. Pools for all ages and the high jumps for the pool were a highlight for the older children. Will definitely return. Staff incredibly helpful also.

the property was superb. from luxury to kids entetaiment in form of jumping tower or pool foam party . we only stayed 5 night but it was great. front desk staff couldnt be more helpfull and polite and tbh all the staff were great. rooms are clean lovely but little on the smaller side for family of 4. but we managed . for ladies bathroom is lacking good light and smaller mirror for make up - which didint bother me .... over all great hotel and I wish to be back one day

Everything was great. If you’re looking for a traditional Bali experience I recommend going to another area. It is a five star experience nothing is missing it’s just a generic holiday resort. It was a beautiful place though and the beach was clean.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful from check in to check out! They made the two weeks very enjoyable! The main restaurant Garding is excellent and catered for Europeans, Aussies, Kiwis and all of Asia. I enjoyed the Indonesian food very much! The pools were awesome, clean, no chlorine smell and didn‘t hurt my sensitive skin. A wonderful way to get cooler! Really enjoyed this Hotel and would come again. Great for young families!

Room and staff especially were amazing, everyone was so kind and breakfast was great! Hotel had many facilities with concierge too; we requested for a concierge to take us to Ubud and drive us to the different places we were interested in seeing, at a great price. Would recommend this resort!!
