Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space."

"We had an ok stay in the apartment. We loved that it was so central with approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the tube (the central line), which makes it very central. The neighborhood was very quiet and the apartment was spacious. The apartment could have been cleaner and we found leftover old meat and crumbles in the airfryer. We were able to check in from 3, however, the cleaning person was not finished until 3:30, which made us feel somewhat in the way. We had bough food to cook in the...

"Cannot fault this place at all! The staff are truly exceptional, all so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The only minor complaint is the internet keeps dropping but it’s easy to keep reconnecting it. The spaces are so much nicer in real life than on the photos. I’ll definitely be back, this place feel like home (a fancy 5* home!)"
