"Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper...

"The hotel is located literally on Chelsea Football Club property so security is excellent regardless if you are returning late in the evening. My double room was spacious, bathroom was great except that it had the usual climb-in bathtub/shower combination that a short person like myself finds a bit intimidating. "Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...
