"The location was great! We were able to get from the airport to our hotel using public transportation which was a big thing for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Made the experience 10/10.
Breakfast was good. I’m not much of a picky eater, but it tasted a bit different than what I’m familiar with. Still good.
Would definitely come again given the chance."

"Double bedroom was VERY small with one bedside cabinet and a very small wardrobe with NO coat hangers.
En-suite was very clean.

"Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station.
It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room."
