A great location near to Heathrow. Surprisingly quiet given the close proximity to the airport. Heard no planes all night. Also rooms are quite soundproof. Heard nothing from rooms beside or overhead. The beds are super comfortable.

Clean rooms. Staff were helpful overall. But it was tricky in the evening to catch the waiters eye when we needed to order anything. The rooms had a very small supply of tea and coffee. I would also suggest trying to find black switches on a black wall at night is very challenging.

Great stop for flying from Heathrow. Parking can be busy and costs £20 for the night though. Room is very good and clean. Great views of the aeroplanes taking off and landing from the room. It is our go to hotel when we travel down from East Yorkshire.

Great location only 10 minutes by bus from T3. Restaurant not up to very much serving the most expensive cheap wine you cannot drink. Hotel rooms good but poor lighting makes them dark and the air conditioning is far too noisy for a bedroom.

Very nice property, room was very clean, spacious.Loved the rain shower and all the extra lighting fixtures. The only negative thing was I requested ice on the phone and it was never brought up. I had to go downstairs after a few hours to get some. Other than that, enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
