"The staff were efficient at check in and out.
Although busy the breakfast went smoothly.
The down side was the room temperature which was unbearable with no air con ..there was a fan in the wardrobe however the sockets weren't beside the bed so had to plug in on table and sit in the chair to get any cool air on me so didnt get to sleep in my bed. Unless something changed I wouldn't stay again in hot weather"

"The staff were friendly upon arrival and the self checkin process is fairly straightforward. Our room was fairly simple and very minimal; only two bunk beds, hooks on the wall and what I believe was a scarf ring. We used our checkin luggage as a little table to place some items as there was nothing available for us to use. The restroom was nice and clean however, I felt that most of the items are very low placed; the sink was so low, mirrors were low and I had to squat a bit to be able to see my...

"Nice hotel by the airport. My only complaint is the walls are very thin, you can hear everything! Housekeeping, opening and closing of doors, outside conversations etc. otherwise very comfortable place to stay."

"This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of central London beside Tottenham Court Station. The rooms are small however are newly renovated with a great shower and air conditioning unit which is rare for London, most other hotels in the area are not as clean and don't have AC. They only change bedsheets and towels every 4 days but they can be requested at no charge from the front desk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in London"
