What a great find! This is truly a suite. Perfect place for stay over at Heathrow. But reasonable enough and so comfortable that it might be a good place to come back to and take the subway into the City for a longer stay. Superb staff!

The proximity to Heathrow Airport was the reason for our 1 nite stay. Restaurant next door and breakfast options good. Fitness center and laundry room was convenient. It was also nice to have complimentary beer and wine in early evening hours.

Very easy to get to this hotel on the U3 bus from London Heathrow airport. Our room was large and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and was decent. For easy access to the airport for an early flight this hotel was a great option.

Very convenient location. Hotel's common areas are spacious and so was my room. Air conditioning was quiet and very comfortable. Nice and bright hallways which you don't find often. Toilets in main lobby very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will book this hotel again on my next vacation in London.

This is my second time staying here. Happy to say that I had an excellent experience here and the room was perfect. I’m very thankful for the staff, from the reception to housekeeping, supervisors and dining staff. I would also like to recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner at the holiday inn which is right next door. Hope to stay here again soon :)
