"Expected a bunk room with no facilities, got twin beds with a shower and sink :). Staff - and fellow customers - were friendly. Room basic but clean, came with kettle & towels. A LOT of stairs to our room mind you! Would definitely stay again. Friendly corner shop a few doors down, 12 min walk to Victoria Station. Luggage storage was a Godsend for us. "
