"Hotel was immaculate and staff were really helpful. I'd recommend getting one of the bigger rooms if there are 2 of you, as the cabin rooms are on the small side for 2 people, but everything else was great, bed and pillows were really comfortable so we had a good night's sleep, we would definitely return."

"Our original room was dusty, dirty, and very outdated — nothing like the photos shown online. It was missing basic amenities such as bathrobes, bottled water, and a safe, and the carpet was dirty as well. Overall, it did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
After we complained about the strong smell of fresh paint outside the room, we were moved to a better room that included all of these amenities and was in a slight better condition.
