"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"Excellent hotel. We loved its central location, good breakfast, and friendly staff, as well as the fact that you can fill up your own drinking water. What we didn't like was that our room was a bit small for two people with large suitcases; there wasn't enough closet space for both of us to unpack. Perhaps the biggest drawback was that the bathroom was very cold. We asked reception to sort this out, but they told us it was the central heating and there was nothing they could do (it was August)....

"Have stayed at ovolo a few times now. First room I was allocated to the air-conditioner was not working and on a hot 30° day I waited to unpack whilst I waited for the air-conditioner to start working, I ended up having to ring reception and they were very quick to move me to the wharf side, which was in my opinion of the better side anyway, and had a brand-new air-conditioning system. I will note though that the air-conditioner appears to be on a timer of some sort and continuously would turn...

"This hotel is gorgeous on the inside and provides a nice range of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar options if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel to find food. It’s nestled on th sidewalks of George Street and Pitt Street, and is literally across the street from all of the main shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can’t tell you how many times I enjoyed the 20-minute walk from my hotel to the Sydney Opera House, just taking in all of the bustling street activity. The staff is...

"We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing large balcony on the roof with the best view! There is no elevator but we didn't mind. The location is good, close to bus stops into the city and you can walk to cool shops, cafes and bars. The person on the desk was very friendly and accommodating with our bags."
