Super quiet location and lovely boutique feel about it
Excellent local feel and the owners are great.... couldn't fault this experience i would recommend. The location is unbeatable
This was a cheap hotel is a perfect location for a conference I was attending at the ICC. It is close to the main road and can be quite noisy. I had to buy ear plugs after the first night and was able to sleep the following nights!!
+ Great location, easily walkable to centre, spacious room, good price + limited breakfast, no shampoo provided, room could be cleaner and better maintained
Clean, well run and value for money. Bit noisy with traffic and planes during the day but all quietens down in the evenings and comfy bed meant a good night’s rest. Very convenient for Sydney centre by train - a ten minute walk and Ashfield has good restaurants and food shops. Nice park around the ...
Smooth stay with friendly owners with great communication if ever needed to ask questions/help. Very clean and tidy room. Well decorated for comfort. Room had tv and furniture in well condition. First b&b experience very positive. Usually stayed hotels. Would stay again in future, and recommend to ...
Very well organized. Not expensive. Friendly owner. Only complaint: Internet is slow (as it is in the whole Australia, by the way). Overall, it was great.
A nice alternative to sterile hotels Friendly staff/owner Perfect breakfast
Will recommend .clean and had all my needs.Close to my meeting location
The owners were very nice and helpful. The property was very clean. The decor was like staying at your nanas house and lots of over the top really sweet smelly things about. The house could do with an update. The breakfast was great and the host lovely to talk to.
It’s a pretty little place in Bondi near to the bus stands and beach. We are very happy with our stay and liked the fact that we were provided some food to prepare our own breakfast. Overall, it’s a very nice place.
It was very nice to have our own entrance and bath in the garden suite we had. Chris and Helen were very helpful and even provided transit cards to use on the ferry. The room could use a little “deeper” cleaning since there was lots of cobwebs, dust etc. in areas not easily reached - behind TV, bathroom ...
