Large apartment and well designed and equipped. Problem with a tap and a light - repaired same day.

Great location, supermarket and train station near by

the old world charm and the fireplace in the lobby were very inviting....

It looks dirty from the outside because there are so many bins from nearby restaurants but it is clean inside and it's in a great location. The staff are lovely too.

Great location. Quiet, given location. Spacious room. Not strike like a major hotel. TV reception was very poor.

Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space,staff is helpful , quiet location. A 15-20 minute walk from Central station as it is going uphill.

I see some in room fixtures shown some aging, overall it was clean and comfortable to stay in. Love the bed so comfy. Hairdryer fixed to the wall one was a bit of a drawback. Making huge noise but won’t dry hair as quick (not much air despite of the noise) The receptionist, Ms Berry she is so attentive, ...

The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended property.
