This is a new, great property. The check-in experience was excellent. I absolutely loved everything until 6am in the morning and the TV remote decided not to work and was playing sales advertisements at high volume. It took 45minutes before anyone was able to fix the solution for me. Other than this, it was a fantastic and very comfortable room.

Great location from the train station 4 minute walk awesome staff when you arrive and staying at the hotel rooms are so clean and very comfortable lots off shops with in walking distance 😊

Nice room but disappointed we were on a very low floor, especially as big metro construction immediately across road. Otherwise location is convenient. Only other issue we had was the very small hotel signage to the street- no footpath or canopy signs so makes it very hard to find it. Needs bigger signage.

Liked the room. Disliked that the room bar fridge was jammed with mini bar goods/no room for my items. The hotel restaurant was more bar and less restaurant. Staff not always able to answer questions.
