Great location for WIN stadium, Haley at the front desk was amazing a real asset to Sage, room was clean, bed comfortable but for the price of the hotel it’s not value for money, 2 small cups no saucers, 2 small glasses, 2 coffee pods, small room, we had the executive room, around 500 for a night, just everything seem to be minimal.

At check in, I asked for an upgrade as Expedia VIP. I was told that I already goe it (which was not true). I also asked for a view room and got a parking lot. My colleague who checked in right after me and has no status whatsoever got an upgrade to a suite because his booked room type (same as mine) was not available. That's your VIP benefit expedia :-). Furthermore, there was no room service at all during the day. Location was nice - near the beach, walkable. The worst was that the water stopped working on the last day, so I had to leave on a 24 hour trip without being able to take a shower. Not recommended, really ...
