"The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel is a superb historic pub in an old stone building in the Rocks neighborhood of Sydney just near Circular Quay 1 km and the southern end of Sydney harbour bridge.
Often when walking in the area, you will get great views of the Bridge.
Barangaroo Metro station is 400m walk away. Use the lifts in the culture center just as you exit the metro and 100m away, slightly left. Connects to airport via Central station.
The king bed room with ensuite bathroom had stone interior...

"Typical Ibis budget offering (small, bland but clean rooms) but value for money was good close to the airport and next door to some fast food options. $12 shuttle to the airport terminals. 1km walk to Domestic terminal if you want to save this or the exorbitant train fare premium for getting on/off at the airport. Alternatively a 1.3 km walk to Mascot station although a local bus can get you part way there."

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. Although we were close to the airport, there was virtually no noise...

"I give this rating based on false advertising. I believe the sign refers to a pool/spa. The Expedia description says indoor pool The indoor pool is covered by plants to the very busy main road on an outside deck. The possibly swim up pool is a very large semi warm “hot tub”. There is a bar to hold and pretend to swim.
The continental breakfast is three types of bread to toast; white, whole wheat and raisin.
