"The location was excellent. The hotel is attached to a restaurant/bar and isn't like a standard hotel. The room was small but comfortable. There was a manager on site from 8-5, but before and after that, we were on our own. There is shopping of every kind within a block or two, and plenty of restaurants. We loved the location and for that reason alone would recommend this hotel."

"The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well."
