Room was large and well equipped. One of the better value rooms with two queen beds. Staff were courteous and check-in was simple. Lots of stairs and no lift - don't book if you need accessibility.

The hotel is great and comfortable and the staff are excellent and attentive and just lovely! We had to extend one night and we were given a great option and a smooth room transition. This hotel is close enough to the museum station, and very walkable. Highly recommended hotel! Thank you to all staff

I like the location and the price. The staff also kind and humble. The facilitation is what you get from the price, but much much worth enough for just staying for sleeping and spending time for vacation. Cool!!! We like it

Compared to other options in Sydney it was good value for money. Older style windows so there was more noise let in overnight. Air conditioner was mostly only pushing air out, wasnt cooling (could be the gas).
