Very clean, included Washer & Dryer, Bedroom w/comfy bed, nice sofa & dining set as well as 2 TV's, full kitchen w/fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. Breakfast was at nearby hotel but had lots of food & beverage choices. Hotel also provided umbrellas which we needed often. Location is very central to many things. Didn't use any extra ammenities as was too busy...
