"Hotel staff was very gracious and friendly. He processed our check-in early and kept our luggage until the room was avaliable. He gave us tips on where to go around the city. Hotel was in perfect location for easy walking to everything. Room was ok, just old."

"Breakfast was delicious, room was clean bed super comfortable. Was treated to an upgrade which was a lovely surprise the only issue I have is the back bedroom facing Pitt street was very noisy during the night. "
