"The staff were super accomidating and so friendly. Fantastic amenities and the room was 100% comfort. Id do away with the shark on the bed, was kinda old looking worn and gross stains. I also didnt love the LED light switches as i couldnt work out how to turn them off at night. But other than that. Wonderful stay! "

"Clean room, staff were super helpful and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was huge and delicious, everything you could ask for. Indoor pool did not seem heated and was not big for the amount of people in it at the time, has a gym but quite small and would be difficult to access if you had mobility limitations. I had a really great stay and I left my watch in the room and housekeeping retrieved it, which made me think there were lots of honest employees there. "

"Great location for a stay after a long flight, could just walk across the crosswalk from the terminal and there it was. Well insulated and did not hear any planes at all."

"Perfect location especially for our needs with wanting to be located close to circular quay and the rocks. Amazing view of the opera house from both our room and level 36. The lunch was also delicious in the altitude restaurant, and the service was fab. The gym was good, and the spa was also wonderful! The room was also lovely. Thank you! "

It’s situated in a prime spot, and it was a very easy walking distance to public transport, making it simple to get around and explore the city. ​I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and professionally run place to stay.
