"Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!"

"I had a perfect stay at the hotel. They kindly had my room ready early, it was very clean & a good size. The location couldn’t have been better, less than 5 minutes to the Opera House! The breakfast the next morning was fantastic with lots of choice. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Clean room, very modern, excellent amenities, loved the free espresso machine and comfortable indoor/outdoor seating areas on top floor! Train station accessible next door, making it very convenient to get to airport. Excellent customer service and messaged me immediately with options when they realized I had left my charger in the room. Will definitely stay again if I get back to Sydney!"

"객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. "

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"The rooms are well appointed and bright, newly decorated and very clean. The staff is so welcoming. The location is great with lots of dining options. There is a store nearby for snacks. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Highly recommend. "

"The Lord Nelson is a historic hotel bar and brewery. The rooms above are basic but charming. Ours had a great view of the Sydney's city lights while removed. The bathroom was a nice surprise. Expected a more out of date bath but is was clean modern and adequate in size. The staff was welcoming as you come and go through the bar. "
