"Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays."

"A little run down but hotel was exactly what we needed. Customer service was great, friendly team. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and access to the light rail and trains and also a short walk to Darling Harbour.
The cafe downstairs is amazing, top service and amazing coffee. I will definitely stay here again!"
"The BEST location, you'll never get hungry when stay at this hotel, because lots lots options for foods, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, supermarket. All within walking distance. Hotel is always busy during my stays, can't really expect to request early check in if u book more than 1 room and stay in the same level. Cleanliness is good enough for me. Facilities are also good, indoor pool with spa and sauna and gym. I stay with my family of 4. We are happy and satisfy enough during our stays. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Thank you. Highly recommended! 👍"

"We had a club level room. The room was great. Food and drinks options at breakfast and evening were great, though the vegetarian choice in the evening could have been better. The only disappointment was the afternoon tea offer which was limited. But overall I would give it an 8.5/10."
