"The Crowne Plaza team was very helpful and we immediately could change our room, because the room had the bath ventilation of the whole floor, which was a little bit too noisy if you don‘t have deep sleep. The breakfast choice and sereals have been very good as well as the friendly and professional service. We would definitely stay again at Crowne Plaza and could recommend the place as all views are reachable in walking distance incl. public transport."

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location magnificent. Park street is short walk to George and Pitt streets. Town hall station & light rail seconds away . "

"Lovely room on 22nd floor had great views of the harbour and surrounds. The staff at the Shangri-La are lovely and friendly, the rooms are serviced daily and I liked having a Nespresso in the room. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy walking to everything. The Harbour Bridge, The Opera House, Circular Quay (for Ferries and Metro), The Rocks' selection of great Eateries, Gelatos, and Kid's Playground. Will be back. "
