"Although this property was in a good location, that’s where the goodness ended. The room wasn’t clean, the sofa bed was unsleepable, no bedding supplied for this bed, no hairdryer. There was dust all over the bedside tables and crumbs all through the drawers, dust on the legs of the table and sofa bed, marks all over the microwave, food slopped down the kitchen cupboards, bedside lights that were half broken, missing light bulbs. "The room I had was very clean, however a little dated. Especially the bathroom. There was a guest causing commotion a few doors down that the police had to attend and while no fault of the hotel. I could hear it clearly in my room. The staff were very friendly though and there is heaps of parking under world square and it's close to both the tram and the metro."
