"Room was clean, staffs were helpful but would be best if we could have more meals option. Was thinking of trying the nasi goreng but it was not available but that didn’t matter. The stay was wonderful"

"A beautiful hotel and well positioned. The hotel was at capacity so check-in was long and rooms were not ready either prior to check-in but 1 hour after. My superior room had a "faux" window and no possibilty to upgrade as the hotel was full. The cleaning staff were excellent and so meticulous. The team were so friendly. The food variety and quality in Shook was okay, not the best I have experienced for breakfast, we did not have lunch there as it was a fixed menu. The Dim Sum place was excellent. Having been at JW Marriott KL over 20 years ago, I believe it has lost its shine. The pool was only okay and small things like replacement of a cloth laundry bag for one use plastic is not good for the enviornment. TV Stations for the family was reduced from previously,"
