"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious.
Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor.
The only 2 comments I can make are as follows:
1- The location is very lively at night. It’s next to both an open-area restaurant that seems to be very popular, that plays music at night till midnight, & also close to some auto mechanic garages that work on cars & bikes. The hotel has recognized this so they’ve provided light sleepers with complimentary ear-plugs. I had no issue getting to sleep without them, but keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper.
2- The glass-slide-door bathroom is a unique feature of the room. Staying alone I had no issues at all, & had all the privacy I needed. But I think it may not be the most private if you’re with someone else; the slide doors have some gaps here & there that don’t quite seal out sounds & such, but you’ll have 100% visual privacy. Just something to keep in mind if you’re not staying alone.
In all, I very much enjoyed my experience here, & felt it was the best place out of the 4 I stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. I would highly recommend it, & I would surely enjoy staying here again."
"Exceptional place but above all the reception staff! Mr Irfan was very flexible and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Other staff cant remember their names were also fantastic and friendly and welcoming. Stayed in many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are next level!!"
"awesome hotel in the center of kuala lumpur ..The concierge arranged all our taxis to and from the airport and around KL ..Lovely staff very attentive "
"Amazing place for a family - the pool, playground, clubhouse and food was amazing! We received a welcome gift for the kiddos and the kiddos loved their time here. Will definitely come back again! "

"This hotel was such a a great start to our Malaysia trip. The photos don't really do it justice in my view. Our room (Glam VI) was beautiful and so spacious and comfortable. Particularly liked the separate seating area to relax in. As for the reception/bar/restaurant area - this was stunning. Absolutely loved the intricate baroque styling and we really enjoyed sitting at the bar sampling unusual cocktails. We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening but had the bar tapas and two lovely, filling breakfasts. Location wise the hotel was good for us too - we only had one full day in KL so used Grab to quickly get around to Batu Caves, KLCC and the Petronas Towers. Most definitely recommend this hotel for quality and value!"
