we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

The hotel is conveniently located near the river and water taxi stations. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had and the pool and gym facilities are incredible. Highly recommend.

The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable.
There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon.
