We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service.
The only thing I would say is about the breakfast which could have more western food options, other than that the hotel was excellent

This was our first stay at this hotel and would easily stay again. Staff service was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had the largest variety I have ever had at a hotel, more options than you can eat. Close to public transport, lovely park nearby to walk in, dining options galore, all you need close by for short stays.
