"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade on arrival too which was great. We were aware of the renovation work going on and we didn’t hear or see anything.The location was great. We didn’t manage to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked lovely and would try it on our next stay. The only gripe we had was that we found the double bed to be very small."

"lovely hotel with everything you need to survive a weekend in London. Only thing missing is tea and coffee in the room but you can purchase this from downstairs so not worth getting upset about. Rooms are small but we didn't need a massive room due to only wanting to sleep in it and get on with our day. The bed was combatable and the room clean plus the tv worked and the shower washed you. We would happily book again in the future."
