"Amazing stay in a brand new hotel towering over KL. Very welcoming and accommodating staff, and the hotel has a wide selection of great amenities. The room was generously sized, with a very comfortable bed. The pool and spa area is incredible. In terms of critiques, some of the finishes are already showing wear (they used veneered woods instead of solid in most places) and the room service breakfast was hit or miss. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Might want to introduce “door hangers” to better indicate when a room want to be made or have towels replaced. I think I missed out on the instructions how to request for this. Then again most of the time I return to the hotel really tired, did not talk to the front desk. So door hangers might have been an easier way. "
