"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"Surprised the tv didn’t have have any way to airplay anything. They gave me a HDMI cable but the port kept cutting too and it just wasn’t good. For an expensive stay like that, you’d expect something like AppleTV or some way to get that entertainment section working. "
