"We stayed four nights and our room and bathroom were always immaculate - good housekeeping staff. The reception desk, though busy, was always helpful and available. The location is just far enough from the busy Paddingtonstation area to be quiet and interesting."

"It was an amazing experience at this hotel. We loved the warm welcome and cookies upon arrival, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was kept cleaned quickly as the tables were vacated. Even when we left we were treated as old friends. We would go back and stay there again, and we highly recommend the property. "
